Agreement and operator

By registering for or using SarasJodi, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. Operator: Jack of AI Pty Ltd (Australia), Australia, Australia. Contact: [email protected]. If you disagree, do not use the service. Effective: 10 October 2026.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old, legally able to use the service, and acting for genuine matrimonial discovery or an expressly authorised family-management role. Each user must provide materially accurate information and may not create profiles for minors. Mobile OTP verification is required to create an account.

Candidate consent and family roles

Family participation is a collaboration feature, not a substitute for the candidate’s autonomy. Representatives must not impersonate a candidate or initiate communications as the candidate without appropriate disclosure. Family Owners may deactivate a managed profile; deactivated profiles are removed from discovery.

Profiles and matching

Members control the information they submit, subject to moderation and verification rules. Search rankings, suggestions and interests are informational, not guarantees of suitability, character, legal eligibility, marriage or identity. SarasJodi is not a marriage broker acting as your legal agent.

User promises

You will not impersonate, mislead about marital status, age, identity or intentions; use stolen photos; solicit money, investments or gifts deceptively; harass, threaten, discriminate abusively; share intimate images without consent; scrape or sell data; spam; use bots without permission; or evade suspension. Respect refusals, blocks and privacy settings.

Verification limits

Verification is a manual admin review of documents and profile readiness as described in Verification Details. Badges and statuses reflect what was checked (for example phone OTP control, document review). Verification does not establish trustworthiness, criminal history, financial standing or matrimonial suitability beyond the stated checks.

Communication and offline meetings

Interactions are user-to-user. Never send money or financial documents based only on a profile or badge. Independently confirm claims and meet safely. We can restrict accounts after reports but cannot pre-screen every conversation or guarantee another person’s conduct.

Payments and subscriptions

VIP or paid features may be offered from time to time. Where charges apply, plan details, taxes, renewal and refund terms will be shown at checkout or on the VIP page before you pay. Until checkout terms are presented for a paid plan, treat promotional or free access descriptions in the product as controlling for that feature. Where Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply to a paid supply, those guarantees cannot be excluded.

Licence and ownership

You own the content you submit, subject to others’ rights, and grant SarasJodi a limited licence to store, format and display it solely to operate the service according to your settings and these Terms. The SarasJodi brand, interface and software remain with their respective owners.

Moderation and suspension

We may investigate reports, restrict visibility (including admin suspension), remove harmful content, suspend accounts or prevent re-registration where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance. We may preserve evidence as required.

Availability, consumer guarantees and unfair terms

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that every profile is accurate, verified or suitable. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a term would otherwise be unfair or void under the ACL, it is read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

Disputes, governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Australia may have jurisdiction. Before commencing formal proceedings (where it is reasonable and safe to do so), please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the dispute in good faith. Nothing here prevents you from complaining to the ACCC (https://www.accc.gov.au/), the OAIC for privacy matters, or another competent regulator or tribunal. Contact [email protected].
